Peptoid Chemdraw Generator
We’re looking for a multifunctional person to our team who constantly strives for topnotch quality, an artist with a keen sense of UI and visual design. Someone who is comfortable implementing user interfaces in close collaboration with our Agile team.

Peptoid Chemdraw Generator (PCG) is a small program written in python by me for generating peptoid/peptide/pta structures in chemdraw file format (.cdx).
It is still under development and the current version is 0.12, for both Mac OSX and PC Windows.
It can also load ms/ms spectrum from plain text to facilitate the peptoid characterization.
